What it stores
This is an internal sales-operations tool for named Flexpoint staff only. It stores business prospect records that we enter or import: company details, publicly-oriented business contact details, our own notes, a fit score, and draft outreach emails. It also keeps an activity log of staff actions for accountability.
Login and cookies
Access requires a login. We use a single, strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. There is no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookie, and no public registration.
Legal basis and contact data
We process business contact data on the basis of legitimate interest for B2B outreach. If a contact asks us to stop or to delete their data, we honour that: email legal@flexpointsolutions.eu. We do not send any email automatically from this tool; a person always reviews and sends.
Hosting and processors
The tool runs on our own server (Vultr, Amsterdam) within the EU. Draft emails are generated with a third-party AI provider only when that feature is enabled by an administrator; prospect text entered for a draft is sent to that provider for that request. This is disclosed here and can be turned off.
Retention
We keep prospect records for as long as they are useful for outreach and business administration, and remove records that are no longer needed.
